Born in 1983, Felix combines a distinctive blend of biotech knowledge and business psychology, developed in Aachen and Edinburgh. After acquiring expertise with leading brands such as Teekanne and Ricoh, he became part of his family's business, Mera, in 2013.
In 2015, he emerged as the 3rd generation leader, upholding his father's legacy while introducing his own daring vision.
Fueled by innovation, bravery, and a strong commitment to sustainability, Felix focuses on fostering authentic relationships among individuals and between humans and animals.
Adwoa Tima Awuah
Adwoa Tima Awuah is a Ghanaian-German social entrepreneur, speaker, and Clinical Psychology master's student. Growing up between two cultures, she focuses on identity, mental health, and representation. She is the founder of YMF Ghana, a youth-focused nonprofit supporting education, mentorship, and community development reaching over 1,000 students and providing 15 full scholarships, with a focus on girls.
In Germany, Adwoa champions Afro-German youth. Her award-winning pilot project, backed by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, promotes representation through storytelling and a podcast series.
In 2024, she was named Vice Miss Germany, using her platform to advocate for empathy in migration and integration. Adwoa continues to build bridges across continents and cultures, creating space for underrepresented voices.

Dipjyoti Deb
Dipjyoti Deb (aka DJ) is the Impact Innovation Lead at Airbus in Munich, where he drives innovation at the intersection of technology, society, and sustainability. A physicist by training, DJ began his career researching quantum phenomena and semiconductors before joining Bosch, where he advanced quantum tech and AI initiatives in both Stuttgart and Silicon Valley.
Prior to Airbus, he co-founded the corporate venture unit at BSH Hausgeräte GmbH (Bosch Group), bridging startups and corporate innovation with a focus on deep tech ventures.
Beyond the corporate world, DJ serves on the Advisory Council of the Airbus Foundation, mentors female social entrepreneurs, and lectures on innovation at business schools. His passion lies in using storytelling to build bridges between “what is” and “what if.”
